First off, thank you for all that you do. The countless hours spent bringing a team together, making things run smoothly, organizing, scheduling, planning, instagramming, advocating, cheering, putting out fires— all for the love of our kids & the game.

We see you—and we appreciate you SO MUCH! Our club would be nothing without your support.

Hopefully this page makes things a little easier for you. We wanted to create a place where information is centralized & organized.

  • All forms must be completed & up to date by each manager.

    • 2024-2025 must be completed on or after June 1, 2024

    • 2025-2026 season must be completed on or after June 1, 2025

      • Instructions

        • Safesport Trained and Refresher courses are produced by the U.S. Center for SafeSport and focused on abuse awareness and prevention. More information about the courses is available here.

        • One SafeSport Trained Core or Refresher course is required each year, and it should be the next course in the four-year cycle of: 1) SafeSport Trained – U.S. Soccer Federation, which is also referred to as “Core” training; 2) SafeSport Refresher 1; 3) SafeSport Refresher 2; and 4) SafeSport Refresher 3.

  • Tournament Registration:

    • The registration process is a little different for each tournament. Everyone uses a different platform. If you need any help with registering please submit a help ticket or contact:

    Included tournaments:

    In order to register for one of your “included tournaments” please contact Whitney for payment.

    Out of pocket tournaments procedure:

    For out of pockets tournaments the manager is responsible for registering for the tournament & getting reimbursed from the team. When telling your team how much they owe for a tournament- please include coaches hotel + tournament fees for ALL players regardless if they are attending.

    Stay and Play:

    “Stay and play” tournaments mean that if we are outside a certain radius form the tournament- the team is required to stay in pre-selected tournament hotels. Before registering make sure the team understands this. Usually you will have a list of hotels your team can select from.
