Position Overview
We are seeking a passionate, reliable, and knowledgeable coach to join our staff. The ideal candidate is committed to long-term player development and enjoys working with youth athletes in a positive and structured environment.
Responsibilities
Plan and lead engaging, age-appropriate training sessions
Develop players’ technical, tactical, physical, and mental skills
Coach games and manage team performance on match days
Communicate effectively with players, parents, and staff
Uphold club standards, values, and culture
Collaborate with coaching staff and participate in club meetings
Qualifications
Prior coaching experience (club or competitive level preferred)
Strong understanding of player development principles
Ability to connect with and motivate young athletes
Reliable, organized, and professional
US Soccer License (or willingness to obtain) is a plus
Background check required

Goalkeeper Coach Opportunity

Position Type: Part-Time (with potential for growth)
Position Overview
1570 FC is also seeking a dedicated Goalkeeper Coach to support the development of our goalkeepers across multiple age groups. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about the specialized position and can provide focused, high-quality training in a club environment.
Responsibilities
Plan and lead goalkeeper-specific training sessions
Develop shot-stopping, footwork, distribution, positioning, and decision-making
Work alongside team coaches to integrate goalkeepers into team tactics
Provide feedback and development plans for individual players
Support goalkeepers during games when applicable
Help build a consistent goalkeeper development pathway within the club
Qualifications
Goalkeeper playing or coaching experience required
Strong understanding of modern goalkeeper techniques and development
Ability to train multiple age groups and skill levels
Positive, energetic, and detail-oriented coaching style
Coaching license preferred (or willingness to obtain)
Background check required

Teen Volunteer Opportunities (18 & Under)
At 1570 FC, we are committed to developing leaders on and off the field. Our Teen Volunteer Program provides young athletes with the opportunity to gain experience, give back to the community, and grow as mentors within the game.
Whether you’re looking to build leadership skills, earn volunteer hours, or stay connected to soccer in a meaningful way, we offer several pathways to get involved:
Jr. Academy Assistant
Support our youngest players as they begin their soccer journey.
Responsibilities:
Assist coaches during training sessions
Help organize drills and activities
Encourage and engage young players
Create a fun, positive learning environment

Jr. Academy Camps & Clinics Volunteer
Be part of our camps and clinic events throughout the year.
Responsibilities:
Assist with event setup and breakdown
Help run drills and small-sided games
Support coaches and staff during sessions
Ensure a positive and organized experience for all participants
